Senior HSE Advisors for an Owner's team vacancy on a well established project based in the Pilbara. Great opportunity to work client-side and be involved in projects with a renewable energy and green focus.

Key Responsibilities;

  • Promote and ensure the health and safety of all personnel on site
  • Assist in the implementation of the Health and Safety Management System, Major Hazard Program and Project Safety Strategy.
  • Engage with Leaders to provide advice in achieving the objectives of their strategic plan for HS performance
  • Ensure Leaders, team members and contractors are provided with coaching and mentoring to achieve confidence and competence in safety compliance, assurance activities and are proactive in identifying and managing risk
  • Provide contractors with assistance and guidance in the investigation of incidents and determining actions using the Hierarchy of Controls
  • Be actively involved in the Contractor Management process for site-based activities.
  • Assist in the preparation and presentation of health and Safety initiatives and promotional material.
  • Support and assist the Project team with the completion of KPI’s and management of BMS for incidents under their control.

  • Current “C” or “CA” Class Western Australian Drivers Licence or equivalent.
  • Experience in Construction and Mining Projects
  • ICAM Lead Investigator
  • Internal Auditor Qualified
