We are looking for an Account Manager to join our client who is a leading Insurance Company based in Perth. You will work closely with their clients to understand their business and manage their insurance programs. You will liaise with insurers to ensure that clients are adequately covered and provide a high level of expertise, guidance, and support around insurable risks and insurance products.

Salary: $130k -$150k + Super + Phone + Parking bay
  
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Manage and grow a portfolio consisting of corporate, construction, commercial, and domestic property clients.
- Provide tailored insurance solutions and seek competitive quotations for clients.
- Process invoices, policy accounting information, quotations, premium calculations, and other necessary documentation in a timely manner.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients, underwriters, and insurers.
- Identify and execute new business opportunities through warm leads and referrals.
- Attend client and potential client meetings, demonstrating excellent communication skills and confidence.
- Adopt a proactive approach to account management, new business, and service delivery.
- Support and mentor junior to mid-level team members, sharing knowledge and fostering a collaborative team environment.
  
**Requirements:**
- Experience in placing insurance in corporate, construction, commercial, and domestic property sectors.
- Knowledge of broking compliance requirements and major quoting platforms.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to relate confidently to clients.
- Tenacity and determination when faced with complex placements or high-volume periods.
- A team player who enjoys supporting others and sharing knowledge.
- A desire to be part of a continuously growing organization.
- Experience managing book of up to $600k
