Leisha started her recruitment career in 2005 in the white collar engineering space recruiting engineers, designers & support staff predominantly in the Mining sector. She has always prided herself on the relationships she has developed over the years and even after all those years, she still has a passion for placing the right candidate into the right role. 

Outside of work she is kept very busy with 2 teenage boys and their hectic sport schedule which she wouldn’t have any other way! She has an active family who loves most things outdoors from camping, fishing, wakeboarding and every other year they aim for a snow boarding trip. The countdown for Whistler 2025 is on!
