Kat has been in the recruitment space for just over 3 years, having started in agency recruitment working with both blue and white-collar roles, she had a passion for travelling around the world so moved onto a role where she was a Global International Recruiter, this included running campaigns in places like the UK, South Africa, PNG, Philippines and so much more. This means she comes with a wealth of knowledge of all different and diverse cultures and industries to bring to the DRD team.

Outside of work Kat enjoys all things adventure! She loves boating/jet skiing, camping, fishing and 4x4 trips. She also loves spending time with her friends, family, and little Shetland Sheepdog Harlow.
